It’s great because you can use it sitting or laying in bed and I found it more effective than foam rollers, balls and the Theragun. It’s currently selling for $149 + tax & shipping. The R8 Deep Tissue Massage Roller is a lot easier than foam rolling and is small enough you can take it anywhere.
It self-adjusts for different body sizes and works the IT-bands, quads, hamstrings, calves, shins, glutes or arms. And I still have it in the original packaging.
