The door hinge needs repair; also need to replace the propane quick connector and the shock cords that hold the tent edges in place. We have not used the heater and fridge for years. The roof has some water damage, though we detected no leaks in the rain storms we had in July 2026. The tires are new June 2026. Includes propane bottle and battery. The beds (1 double, 1 queen) and the stove are in good condition. A child can sleep on the table that converts to a bed.
