Offered is a free Caldera C45S spa. The interior is in great condition, the exterior panels are in average shape. The circuit board panel and top control panel were both replaced a couple of years ago at a cost of ~ $1,500. Last fall the heater or thermostat went out, as it would not heat above 98* and would run almost continually, so we drained the tub and shut it down for the winter. It has not been filled and operated since. The tub contains a 2 jet system, and over the years I believe both jets have been replaced. When opertional, the hot tub worked well with 45 jets throughout and features multi-color underwater lighting options. The Caldera C45 features seating for 6 adults, dimensions of 7 feet 5 inches by 7 feet 5 inches by 38 inches, and a water capacity of 475 gallons. The image provided is a stock image, but shows the seating configuration of the interior. I will provide actual photos this evening.
The hot tub is located under the deck and sits in a recessed patio area. It's very private, but is a definite challenge to remove. When installed, we had to place a couple of heavy duty saw horses underneath with 2"x10" boards running from the saw horses to the yard, and lower it down with winch webbing on a pulley system secured to the underside of the deck. A similar method will probably be required to get it out of the area where it can then be placed on a dolly and moved to the front of the home.
Please take a look at the images and if you feel this is something you can perform without my assistance and without causing damage to the deck and surrounding area, you're more than welcome to have the hot tub. I will be onsite for the removal to ensure no damage to the home or deck occurs. I'm open to some questions, but if they become too much, I would request you come examine the setting and location to make your own determination. There area a couple of listings on KSL that advertise Hot Tub Dolly Rentals. We have rented one of these in the past and it makes transport from the yard and onto the trailer for highway travel very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this for transportation.
