This sectional is fully modular, allowing you to configure it to fit your space. It is currently set up in an extended layout to fit our long living room, but it can easily be rearranged into a more traditional L-shaped sectional or other configurations.

Condition

Overall, the sectional is in great condition and has been well cared for.

There are only two minor cosmetic imperfections:

• Small tear on the side of one recliner (pictured)\
• Small section of loose stitching on one recliner

The sectional separates into individual modular pieces for easy moving and transport.

Buyer will need to bring help for pickup.
