Leverage Handle: Includes a long, sturdy handle with a red grip to provide the massive leverage needed for large pipe cutting. Condition: Used but in solid, working shape. The heavy red cast frame shows standard cosmetic wear, chipped paint, and texture you would expect from a heavy construction tool, but the hinges, linkage, and cutting wheels are fully intact.
