I am happy to meet at the Apple Store in Fashion Place Mall so a diagnostic can be run by the Genius Bar showing absolutely no issues with the phone - both cosmetically, hardware and software.

I will only meet a prospective buyer in a public place (like the Apple Store or police department parking lot) with security cameras for obvious safety reasons.
