These are back-to-back seats so they open and lay down flat.

Approximate dimensions:

Seat Cushion width ~20 1/2"

Seat Cushion overall length (not laid out): 50 1/2"

Seat with base overall height: 31 1/2"

Base

Overall Base Top Length: ~43 1/2"

Overall Base Bottom Length: 38 1/2"

Base width: ~14 1/2"

I searched and found typical new replacements were too short on base and seat height. We had the floor of our boat raised to accommodate new shorter height seats.
