VenmoVintage French Provincial carved walnut king headboard. A manufacturer’s label on the frame confirms authenticity as White Furniture Company. Founded in 1881 in North Carolina, White Furniture was known for high-quality craftsmanship until the company closed in the 1990s.
This headboard features a gently arched crest rail, hand-carved with a central shell motif with scrolling floral vines on either side. Below sit two raised panels with serpentine molding. The rich walnut finish shows warm graining throughout, and the piece includes metal bed rails on casters, making this a complete king bed frame ready to set up.
This piece would suit a French Country, grandmillenial, traditional, or classic bedroom.
Excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of wear. Comes with rails.
