VenmoPotted palm (Mexican Fan Palm or Washingtonia Filifera), great as an indoor/outdoor patio plant. This one is a total of 45" (13" pot and 32" tree height). It's in roughly an 8 gallon pot. These are cold hardy down to about 20-25 F (may get frost damage to leaves however), should be brought indoors during any extended periods of subfreezing weather. In SLC area that typically means roughly November to March. Make sure to water adequately especially when outdoors and keep fertilizer to a minimum with potted plants so they don't burn.
