VenmoSelling our 1997 5th Wheel Trailer. Has been great for family. It has significant water damage to back right corner right side wall and front right side corner. We don't have the time to fix the damage. Besides the water damage everything works great. Has a great air condition. Interior is great shape, clean and never smoked in. Rare large tub, all appliances work, great storage. Large slide out that makes the living area very open. Awning would need fabric replaced. Anyone who is handy and has time could make this trailer perfect again.
