Note that the positive (+) and negative (-) polarities must alternate; they do not face the same direction.Insert two fresh CR123A batteries: Insert one battery with the positive terminal facing downward and the other with the positive terminal facing upward, matching the housing's diagram.Reinstall the battery door: Place the front hinge notch of the door back into its slot first.Lock it secure: Press firmly down on the rear section of the door until the metal retention latch clicks tightly back into place
