The front edges of the cushions have some distressing, which I tried to show in the pictures. There's wear on the edge of one armrest, as seen in the last picture. Measurements: 82" wide, 36" deep, and the chaise adds another 22" We've loved this couch, but we're changing the space into a gaming room/studio and need room for a table and chairs.
