It doesn't run. Not sure what is wrong. That's why it's free. You need to be able to load it and take it away. Used electric power wheelchair. Features a gray seat, blue base, and yellow shock absorbers. Includes footrest and joystick control - cover over controller missing. It is older. Won't hold a charge but at minimum could be used for parts. Come and get it and you can have it for free.
