Descent condition. Box is 21’ and the overall is around 24’. The batteries need to be replaced. Some stains and etc inside that were there when I purchased ....roof in good shape has one patch. Have had for 9 years and everything inside worked last time we used it - several years ago. A full new cover included. Around 65” clearance inside under bed when up. Doors work great. Don’t low ball or ask for a trade. Will not respond. I will not negotiate over a text. Normal wear for the age.
