Bought this a few years ago and just haven't used it as much as we thought since we have another freezer as well. Works perfectly, in fact, I've kept it plugged in so that whomever buys it can see first hand when they come to pick it up. The only flaw is one of the draws broke (drawer still works, it just left a gap). See pictures.
