We bought this set from Ashley furniture in 2018 and they are part of their Larkin Hurst line which was their top tier line at the time.. Like the title said all 3 pieces are included, the fabric is a microfiber/faux suede.. No rips or tears in any of the pieces, in good shape for 8 year old couches and we do live in a home with dogs.
