Selling as-is. I don't have the time or funding for the repairs, and I need the space cleared.

Works:

• Refrigerator
• Air conditioning
• Heat
• All slide-outs operated when tested last year
• Two new batteries

Needs repair:

• Plumbing. Freezing temperatures damaged the lines near the water intake — connecting a water feed produces immediate leaks from the underbelly. This needs to be fixed before the water system is usable.
• One slide is sitting slightly extended. Per an RV specialist, that's because the trailer isn't fully level where it's parked, not a mechanical fault.
• Tires. These are the tires it's been sitting on for several years. Plan on replacing them before you tow; age matters more than tread on trailer tires, and I'm not going to tell you these are road-ready.

Terms:

• Buyer hauls. Triple-axle fifth wheel — bring a truck rated for it.
• Has been parked in a field for several years.
