got this RV cover just to find out it was to small. didn't notice it was a 18' - 22'. brand new but it does have a lil dirt/dust from when we rolled out. picture shows the design on the cover. it is an all season cover. asking $150 just to get what i spent back. any questions feel free to call..801-644-7931
