PayPalAngel – 3-Year-Old Free-Roam Mixed Breed Rabbit Looking for the Right Home ️
It breaks my heart to do this, but I'm looking for a loving new home for my rabbit, Angel. She turned 3 years old on June 21 and is fully intact.
Angel is a beautiful mixed-breed rabbit. Her mom resembled an English Spot, while her dad was a mixed breed (possibly with some Holland Lop), giving her a unique and gorgeous look.
She has been free roam her entire life, so I'm looking for someone who can provide her with plenty of space to explore. She would not do well being confined to a small cage. She has done great around chickens and would likely enjoy a spacious setup such as a secure chicken run or another safe area where she has room to roam.
Angel is very intelligent and knows her name. She is naturally curious and absolutely loves to dig little burrows. She usually doesn't stay in them long—she just enjoys digging them and often fills them back in afterward.
Her favorite treats include:
She also did wonderfully as a house rabbit and picked up litter box training almost immediately. She was very reliable about using her litter box.
Angel isn't a cuddly rabbit right away. She does not enjoy being picked up or petted yet, although she happily takes treats from your hand. I truly believe that with someone who has patience, consistency, and time to earn her trust, she has the potential to become an incredible companion.
One thing to know about Angel: she loves to chew! If she lives indoors, you'll need to rabbit-proof your home, especially electrical cords. She has a talent for finding them, so keeping cords safely out of reach is a must. Providing plenty of safe chew toys and enrichment will help keep her happy and occupied.
I'm only rehoming her because I can no longer afford to keep her, and I want her to have the life she deserves. This is not an easy decision, and finding the right home is much more important to me than finding a quick one.
Because she is fully intact, she could also be considered for breeding if that's something you're looking for.
If you think Angel might be a good fit for your home and are willing to give her the time, patience, and space she needs, please send me a message. I'd love to tell you more about her and make sure she's going to the best possible home.
