We’ve owned this for a year. It has a new •roof seal, •new propane hook ups •ignition control circuit board.

It needs a new water heater -The electric 120 v AC function isn’t working.

The dining room table floor mount needs fixing. It’s not pictured, we use a folding table. There is also a bench and cushions for the back wall of the dinette. Not pictured.

The love seat is only a recliner, not a “Sofa Sleeper”.

The dining room seat door needs to be reattached.

The slide-out did have a leak and there’s a little bit of water damage on some of the trim work of the slide out. We got the leak, and all the repairs listed, fixed at Darren Bideaux RV.

This little trailer has served us well. It has wonderful AC as well as heat. It has two 7 gallon propane tanks on the front.

Money is tight for us and we need to sell this. Message me if you’re interested to come look. The price is “or best offer”.. But please be considerate. We won’t be able to tow it. pick up in West Point.
