Brand new in the box Midea 12000 BTU, U-shaped window air conditioner. Ultra quiet operation, smart control. This is the same model that Home Depot sells for $379. I took it out of the box to test and take photos. It works perfectly and starts cooling instantly. It's very quiet and moves a lot of air. It has some dings and rub marks on the back side cooling fins but doesn't affect how it runs. This is a bargain price for brand new AC units. All mounting hardware is included.
