Brand new in the box Midea 12000 BTU, U-shaped window air conditioner. Ultra quiet operation, smart control. This is the same model that Home Depot sells for $379. I took it out of the box to test and take photos. It runs perfect and starts cooling instantly. It's very quiet and moves a lot of air. I have 4 of these units that I bought from a contractor last summer.
