Getting roofing bids around $500 per square?
Our DIY Roofing Package gives you ALL the equipment you need. As well as discounted materials of a multimillion dollar company on our account. You only need to complete the labor yourself.
Starting at $995 (4 days)(Utah Valley pricing). Can deliver anywhere in Utah with extra delivery fees
Your package includes:
- Dump trailer delivered and picked up (20 squares of two layers of shingles max per load)
- 4 tear-off shovels
- 2 roofing nail guns
- Gas Air compressor (so yo don't have to worry about tripping breakers) + 5 gallon gas can filled.
- 200 feet of air hose
- 2 sets of basic roofing tools
- Magnet wheel for nails
- Material order assistance from a professional Project Manager.
- Materials roof loaded (unless site specific conditions prohibit the supplier from doing so.)
- Free on phone consultation during construction with a real roofer if you get stuck.
- Due to Liability reasons I cannot provide a ladder or fall protection. (however I can sell you a new 22' Gorilla Ladder for 289.00 plus tax and after the job if you have no need for it I will purchase it back from you for $279.00)

You see the actual material invoice and pay:
Supplier invoice + 6%
Dump and landfill fees are charged separately at the actual amount incurred.
Additional onsite professional roofing help is available for $95 per roofer-hour.
You provide the labor. We provide the roofing setup.
