ApplePayThis is a Bayou Classic 15.5 gallon kettle and strainer basket. This was converted for use in a custom electric homebrewing setup. I added a heating element, and a pour spout. It holds water perfectly and could conceivably be used as a normal kettle over a flame, or you could build a controller for the heating element and use it as an electric kettle again. Could be great for homebrewing, seafood boils, turkey fries, lots of things! I got a ton of use out of this.
I can no longer drink beer so I'm looking to sell my brewing equipment, including this kettle. I am not willing to sell the controller I built for it, as it was a home DIY project and doesn't have the safety measures in place that a commercial product would. You'll have to buy or build your own controller if you want to use the electric heating element. $50 obo.
