Its rated FIRM and it definitely feels firm. Just want to be honest and upfront- Dont buy this unless you like a firm mattress but if you want a Firm hybrid mattress then you’ll probably love this one. (I’m 6’ 2” 220lb and its too firm for me to sleep on my side for whatever thats worth. If you’re a heavier person or back sleeper or just prefer a firm feel, it may be perfect). Aireloom is a well known upper end mattress manufacturer thats been around quite a while- sure you can google more info about them if curious on the quality and see some pricing to know they are expensive!

We had multiple problems with past ‘medium’ or ‘medium-firm’ rated memory foam beds sinking in/getting lumps within a year or two so we finally splurged on buying this hybrid firm mattress (spent just over $4K! new) thinking it may ‘break in’ after a while and feel more like a medium-firm at some point. Well, it never has and still as firm as day we bought it. Its in perfect condition but simply too firm for us, so we’ve bought a new medium hybrid mattress.
