Initial contract of 2 months required. Thereafter, rent is on month to month basis. Remote workers must pay additionally for office rent. Weekly rental can be considered. However, rates will vary.

Refundable $700.00 cleaning/ damage deposit required.

650+credit score required.

Renter must provide criminal background check.

Non smoking environment as homeowner has allergies.
