Venmo1983 Great Divide 20' Bumper Pull Travel Trailer. Kids grew up and new work schedule hasn't allowed me to use it for a couple years, so I need to let it go to regain driveway space.
Perks:
Original vintage trailer (3rd owner).
Comfortable, great floor plan.
Easy to pull. Not sure of the GVW, but my 2008 Colorado (5000lbs towing) has no problems taking it up mountains.
Strap on towing mirrors included.
No leaks, always stored covered.
All appliances work.
Custom anti-sway hitch included.
Two large propane tanks.
Wired for two coach batteries.
Keep an eye on battery levels from your phone with the wired Battery monitor.
Extend your stay with an included portable solar panel.

Quirks:
Small dent/crack in floor just inside the door. (photo)
Fan on power converter squeals. Will need to clean or just replace with a new one ($50 - $150).
After a couple years of no use, both coach batteries are dead.
Wood paneling in the bathroom is bulging out from heat during storage.
Round 7 connector and/or connection to coach may need cleaning. Electric brakes work fine, but lights occasionally dim/flash.
Damaged water inlet check valve. It needs to be replaced ($20 part). Hose attachment capped (photo) to prevent water getting out when pump active. The main reason it needs to be fixed is hot/cold water crossover.
