AC seal is bad and has caused roof damage and wall damage inside. There is a small 4-in patch that needs to be done on the roof it needs to be seam sealed and recoated. The work that needs to be done is very easily to remove it's 1/8" paneling that you'll need to purchase spray it down with some bleach after put it back in. There is enough lightweight wood that's on the oven wall in the pictures to go around the whole upper areas. Needs a few things: Dirty water crack and line needs to be done to the exterior drop line. Currently has a radiator hose attached.. empty gas tanks no batteries (I have a heavy duty jump pack to lower and heighten the top for travel and that it works) haven't gotten refrigerator to work on electric. Haven't spent a lot of time doing it. Shower faucet needs to be replaced. Everything else works good-great. Exterior shower works well. I've been using swimming noodles for the D rubber seal that goes between the two top and bottom since I can't seem to find a replacement. Comes with a drop down flat screen TV, JBL Blu-ray DVD CD with bose around. AC works great. Any other questions message me!
