Folding Ladder: Wood can be stronger than steel. Works well, quailty constructiin, "Blue Ribbon" and Industrial Use Heavy rating. But it is still fairly light and easy to move around. Did put a nice coat of sealer and conditioner on it a few years ago and this year too.. I haven't needed it much, but it sure works well when i do! It won't be easy to store it this year and have others, so it's for sale Right by the I-15 freeway exit 315
