We have loved this trailer. It's in fair condition for its age. Pro's are everything works great, tires are about half worn, bearings packed, electric hitch, cold A/C and fridge/freezer. We put new laminate flooring. Black and grey valves replaced. Cons are there was a water leak in the bedroom corner(shown in pic's) we patched the roof and repaired the damage. It's been loved, so some esthetic wear. It's a great trailer, ready to roll. We have a sway hitch, tv/DVD and projector if interested. We are selling because our boys are teenagers/ adults and they don't camp with us anymore. We are looking for a smaller single axle.
