It has good compression but I don’t have gas to test it it came in to my appliance shop as a return. Not sure it it works it might just need gas. You’re welcome to bring a bit of gas if you want to try it out but for sure the front wheels are stuck and won’t move Only $20 could be good for parts or to fix.
