CashAppSamsung window AC unit with remote control. Works great. My parents upgraded to central air so they don't need it anymore.
The only negative is that it's very heavy. It will take two people to lift it or one buff chad. For that reason it comes with a wood brace that goes outside and supports the weight against the house.
Dimensions are: 16'' tall x 22'' wide x 22'' deep (most of it will hang outside your window under the wood brace). I think it would also be good for a garage, carport, or patio.
Free if you pick it up from my house in Magna. $20 if you want me to meet you somewhere in the Salt Lake County.
