For sale is a lightly used 96% efficiency 40000 btu furnace, and a 2 ton outdoor condenser and matching indoor coil. The system is 410a refrigerant and the condenser is already charged for 25ft of lineset. The indoor unit combo is 17 wide. We had a tune up shortly before it was uninstalled. No leaks, filter changed regularly.

This system is 1 year old and works flawlessly. We are finishing our basement and needed larger units. You must pickup the units. No delivery.
