We are selling our camper that we have enjoyed for the last 4 years! We bought it new off the lot and have loved it from day one and have put so many great upgrades into it! All the upgrades we have done has made this camper an off grid and off-road dream. The axel has been flipped adding around 5" of lift, off-road Good Year Wrangler tires that are over sized from factory. Reverse lights located near the front pointing back to help with after dark arrivals that work off the standard wire plug on the tow vehicle. Upgraded plumbing drain down valves near the waste tank drains. Upgraded fresh water tank drain valve that is located behind the locked storage door and drains under the trailer. I repiped the trailer to get rid of all the weak factory fittings and lines and upgraded water pump. The kitchen faucet is a Premium residential Moen faucet with pull down sprayer. The shower head has been upgraded to a 2 spray pattern and maintains the on off switch to conserve water. The toilet has been updated from the factory toilet that was done under manufacture warranty as the factory toilet leaked sewer gases into the living area and with this new toilet it has corrected the sewer gas problem. The electrical system has been upgraded, 2- 200 watt solar panels, 60 amp solar charge controller, 3000 w inverter, 200ah/20HR lipo battery, 30amp transfer switch, shore power has been relocated to the driver side of the trailer to be located by all the upgraded power system and near the rest of the utilities. The converter and inverter have been isolated to prevent a power loop. The solar has a disconnect on the front of the trailer right beside the main battery disconnect. With the power system we can easily run a air fryer, microwave and charge our phones after the sun has gone down and have plenty of power to run a coffee pot in the morning before good sun with out turn on our generator, (generator not included). The jack is powered. it comes with a spare stabilizer jack. We have inspected and resealed the roof before every trip, the axel was just serviced by a shop in Payson and I just did the mid seasonal AC cleaning. It has a awning of the passenger side and one of the back over the entrance. The steps are true steps that make contact with the ground for ridged steps. The bed is a king size bed that folds up into a U shape table, the side table folds down into a small 72" bed. Comes with a equalizer hitch and sway control friction bar. Dry weight of the trailer is 3,000 pounds and has 1,000 pounds of storage, we pulled the trailer with a Volkswagen atlas, a old truck and the trailer never pushed either vehicle around. Has 2-20 pound LP tanks on the front.
