This trailer is in very good condition and there’s no issues at all. the heat/ac both work great, all the plumbing etc. It has the onan onboard generator with only 480 hrs that works great as well. it has brand new tires with 2 trips on them and the batteries are basically new being only a few months old. it has 3 total beds the bunk, and the 2 sides that fold into beds/ couches. I have the clean title in hand i’m not interested in any trades. no water damage or leaks on the trailer. garage dimensions are as follows.
