We'll work together through several rounds of edits. I'll review your resume, suggest improvements to the format, wording, organization, and content, and you'll revise it between rounds. When we're finished, I'll do a final copy edit to catch any remaining spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization errors.

I'm confident enough in my work that you don't have to pay me until you've found a job. If you aren't satisfied with my help, you don't owe me anything.

I studied linguistics and editing in college and have 15 years of experience in proofreading, copy editing, and substantive editing. I've helped dozens of people improve their resumes, and I enjoy helping people present themselves clearly and professionally.

I typically spend about two hours on each resume. My standard fee is $100 ($50/hour), but you don't pay until you've landed a job. If money is tight, we can talk—I'd rather help than have cost keep someone from applying for a better opportunity.
