Scooter runs well and goes up to 28 mph which is the top speed. Had an alignment due to being crooked. The breaks are fading but the front is strong. New handles bars were added a couple months ago. The breaks do need to be replaced both front and back. With everything else it’s all good lights work and buttons operate well. You can add a lock to it but I forgot how to do it

[Yes it does have a charger with it and it has 224-228 miles on it] somewhere around that range.
