FOR SALE: Various left over NUDURA ICF blocks, corners, and accessories
ICF is a great way to build a house or building, and if you're building using Nudura blocks and a need a few extra pieces, we have you. All prices are 50% or more discount from what we paid for price and shipping to us when we bought and started building in 2021.
• 7x Bundle of 3 straight blocks each, 10" interior concrete thickness. 8' long straight piece, 18" high, 10" interior. $135/bundle
• 1x 10" straight block. FREE if you buy the 7 bundles or $40 stand alone.
• 1x bundle of Bundle of 3 straight blocks each, 8" interior concrete thickness. 8' long straight piece, 18" high, 8" interior. $135/bundle
• 26x 8" interior corner ICF blocks. $650 for all. (Some have some dings but all are perfectly usable).
• 2x Bundles of Nudura 2.5" Hydrofoam in-floor foam insulation panels with radiant PEX nubs to lay Pex in floor. These are 4'x4' (approx 16 sq ft). Each bundle will cover about 160 sq ft. Use this in your basement for under slab insulation, making it easy to lay PEX for in floor heating and cooling. Has nubs that allow you to snake the PEX around and it holds the PEX in place. $135 per bundle.
• Approx 50 foam panels 1" thick, 2' x 4', foam panels for in floor radiant heating. Use this on main floors with Gypcrete style covering over the PEX. Has nubs that hold the PEX in place. $7 per panel. I'll go count them and get the exact amount. Not a Nudura product. We used this on our complete home main floor for in floor radiant heating and cooling, with a gypcrete style covering of about 1" over it. Works great. $7 per panel (retail on these is some $11 per panel).
• Joist hanger steel inserts. 2 boxes of 50 (enough for 25 joists per box) plus 41 "open box" inserts. (Requires straps below). $135 for all
• Joist straps that work with the above inserts. 62 straps (open box). $135
• 2 boxes of 30 T-Straps plus 13 individual T-straps. $135 for all. Screws not included (we just used normal 3.5" or 4" screws from a big box -- we didn't use the special Nudura ones)
• 1 box of foam block "vertical" clips -- used to clip to adjacent blocks together horizontally. $100. (or free if you buy all the blocks).
