We are selling our timeshare share in the houseboat "Reflections," a 61.2-foot twin pontoon vessel powered by two Mercury 115 Hp four-cycle outboard motors. The boat is Utah State licensed and insured.

Location & Convenience

The boat is located in Wahweap and stored on a buoy next to the Stateline ramp. It is an extremely convenient location right next to the ramp, fuel dock, and dump station. EXTREMELY CONVENIENT!

Schedule & Share Details

Each shareholder receives 2 weeks per year. Our first week is a prime slot this fall from September 21 to September 27, 2026. If you buy now, you can enjoy this upcoming trip.

Vessel Features

The boat comes fully stocked with everything you need, including lines, anchors, buoys, chairs, tables, and a fully equipped galley with pots, pans, utensils, and cooking supplies. Features include:

• Two refrigerators and a freezer
• Two generators
• A front-facing grill
• Air conditioning: one unit in the bedroom and a larger unit in the main living area
• Sleeping space: rear queen bed, two twin beds, and a slide-out sofa in the cabin

Shareholder Responsibilities

This is a well-managed, long-standing group that meets annually (virtually) to choose weeks and manage upkeep. Shareholder expectations include:

• Annual Fees: Typically $1,000–$1,500 (last year was $2,000 to fund extra improvements and build account reserves).
• Maintenance: Participation in a spring workday for boat improvements and maintenance.
• Attendance: Participation in the annual virtual meeting.

Optional Add-on: 19 ft Tahoe Boat

If you do not currently own a boat, we are also selling our 19-foot Tahoe hybrid boat for $14,500. It is set up for fishing and recreation, and includes:

• A Minn Kota trolling motor with foot pedal and remote steering
• A linked Humminbird fish finder
• New trailer tires and maintenance completed in July 2027
• Stereo and speakers replaced in Fall 2025
