We have loved this boat; it is easy to maintain and everything works great. All fluids have been regularly maintained and necessary updates have been completed. Please note that the boat comes with two covers, but some of the snaps are broken, so they may eventually need to be replaced.

Additionally, we have a houseboat timeshare available in Wahweap for a $900 buy-in (yearly fees are typically $1,000–$1,500). The houseboat is under excellent management with responsible shareholders who maintain and improve the boat annually, which includes a required yearly work day. Ownership includes 2 weeks per year.
