It’s in excellent condition, stored inside a smoke free , pet free home, in a closet and only brought outside the night of or night before Halloween, depending on which day of the week it falls on. It has a motion sensor, but will accept a foot pad, or the remotes from Spirit Halloween. Comes with the power adapter.,
