The RV was professionally inspected in 2024. At the time of the inspection, the generator, air conditioner, furnace, refrigerator, water heater, fresh water system, and leveling jacks were all operating properly. The RV also passed Utah emissions in 2024.

Known Items:

Older tires have good tread but may be due for replacement because of age.

Vent lid replacement was recommended during the 2024 inspection.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the RV for up to 7 days and will be applied toward the purchase price.

The deposit may be paid by cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

The remaining balance must be paid by cash, bank wire transfer, or a verified cashier's check only.

The title, keys, and motorhome will be released only after payment has been verified and all funds have cleared.
