1999 Nash 22H Travel trailer 24 x 8 ft dual axel bumper pull camper weighs roughly 4,055 lbs dry.

My wife and I converted this camper for full time RV life and lived in it for about a year (stationary). The fold-down couch has been removed and an extended kitchen counter took its place. Underneath fits a small chest freezer (not included unfortunately) which part of the counter floats on so the freezer can be accessed. A 15 amp extension cord is permanently installed to power it. The corner next to the freezer space became a laundry hamper that can be accessed from the outside, and an extra storage area was added to accommodate a full kitchen sized garbage can.

Other modifications we made while living in it:

-New paint in the bedroom and bathroom

-New LED light bulbs throughout

-Custom curtains

-New queen mattress

-New kitchen faucet

Original features:

-Microwave

-Oven and Stove

-Leak free roof

-Fold down dinette

Cons:

-Awning works but is sun damaged

-Fridge/freezer work great, but in the gas mode only

-Black and grey tank sensors no longer work

-Tires show some signs of sun wear

Some things it comes with but we didn’t use because we never boondocked:

-The dual battery system with charger

-Hot water heater

-Trailer brakes

We absolutely loved this thing, but we’re moving out of the state and can’t take it with us. This little trailer was gently used throughout its life and we are only the third owners. Clean title and keys in hand. $3500 OBO
