I'm selling our Jayco 5th wheel. We have had it for the last 5 years and it has been wonderful. NEVER had any leaks. Everything works as it should. We have lived in it full time for each of the last 5 summers, from the end of May to the first week in August. We live in St.George but spend 9 weeks each summer in Heber with our Grandchildren. We stay in the 5th wheel at the Mountain Valley RV Resort. Since we have owned it, it has spent all its winters in St. George (November thru April) and all its summers (May thru October) in Heber. It has never been smoked in. We just had the carpets professionally cleaned on July 30th by "A Great Clean" company there at the RV Resort.

All 3 slides work perfectly with no leaks or issues of any kind. I winterise this unit every year using standard RV antifreeze. (Very easy to do) I had a professional hitch with trailer light wiring done 3 years ago so I could safely and legally tow my SXS behind.

Things I have replaced during that time. Kitchen Faucet, Bathroom Faucet, Water Heater Element, Outside Shower Faucet, Canopy Motor, Front Landing Jack Motor. Brand New Tires Last Fall (Big O Tire in Heber) Had all wheel bearings repacked at that time.

Comes with extra floor model AC unit that can be vented through any window you choose. (works fantastic and is ice cold).

Has brand new Smart TV in living room. Currently has a goose neck adaptor on it for towing but the king pin is underneath if you choose to tow with a standard 5th wheel hitch. I do have a very nice Companion 5th wheel hitch I could throw in with a full price offer.

The RV is currently in storage at Strawberry Storage off Highway 40 south of Heber City.
