Recently tested and it works as if new — blows ice-cold air.
When we did use it, this thing was fantastic. It cooled a large area very quickly, maintined the cool temps. This works surprisingly well for it's size. Perfect for a bedroom, home office, apartment, dorm, workshop, bonus room or other space that needs some serious relief from the summer heat.

Manufacturer specifications call for approximately:

13" minimum vertical opening

Includes window sealing/insulating material to help create a tighter fit around the unit (included as extras).
CONDITION
Works perfectly - looks new
It was only used for one summer and has been stored since. I tested it again yesterday and everything is working as it should.

The original box is a little beat up from storage.

Extras included: Duck Brand accordion-style insulating window panels and flexible insulating rope to seal up any gaps. These extras are slightly beat up but this comes with a few sets of insulating fillers/panels so there is plenty to fill in any gaps to form a complete seal.
WHY I'M SELLING
We simply can't use it anymore because our current home doesn't have the vertically opening windows required for this type of window air conditioner.
