2027 Husqvarna TE 250 Being lightweight, versatile, and easy to maintain makes the TE 250 a popular model in the world of enduro. This competition-focused machine allows riders of all abilities to compete to their full potential, as the TE 250 delivers unrivalled performance in all conditions. With its engine fuelled using an advanced Throttle Body Injection (TBI) system, class-leading torque is created, which ensures technical obstacles and climbs can be mastered with ease. Race-tested components headline the build quality of the TE 250, which is expertly assembled with WP suspension, Brembo brakes, ProTaper handlebars, ODI grips, and Michelin tyres. Features May Include: Engine - Delivering the best spread of power, the TE 250 engine is a firm favourite with enduro riders. Equipped with Throttle Body Injection (TBI), the engine delivers impressive torque while maintaining its high-revving two-stroke character. Inside, the shaft arrangements are positioned to centralise mass, which contributes to the agile handling of this exceptional machine. A counter balancer shaft reduces vibration for maximum comfort throughout every ride. Cylinder - In addition to being fuelled by Throttle Body Injection (TBI), the 66.4 mm bore cylinder features an innovative electronic exhaust control system that manages the opening of the lateral exhaust ports after the main exhaust port opens for maximum power delivery. Together with a machined finish on the upper contour of the exhaust port ensuring accurate port timing, unrivalled engine performance is assured. Throttle body - The TE 250 uses a 39 mm throttle body with dual injectors positioned to optimise flow for more immediate throttle response and exceptional rideability. Idle is controlled by the throttle valve, with one low load injector and one top feed injector ensuring maximum performance. Additionally, a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) offers reliable cold starting with the throttle valve now pivoting on ball bearings for a smoother throttle action. Oil tank - An electronic oil pump feeds vital 2-stroke oil into the engine. It is located just below the oil tank and feeds the oil via the throttle body, meaning the oil is only mixed with air at this stage. The pump is controlled by the EMS and delivers the optimal amount of oil according to the current RPM and engine load. The oil tank is connected to a filler hose which runs through the upper tube of the frame to a filler cap conveniently located for easy refills. Crankcase - Designed to be low in weight without sacrificing strength or reliability, the crankcases are made using a high-pressure die cast production process to create a thin-wall design. To centralise engine mass, the shaft arrangements are precisely positioned to harness rotating masses at the ideal centre of gravity. Exhaust - Tailored specifically for the TE 250 using an innovative 3D design process, the header pipe ensures unrestricted performance and offers improved ground clearance to reduce the risk of impact damage out on the trail. The silencer also features an aluminium mounting bracket and advanced internal construction for excellent noise damping and weight saving. Frame - With an optimised distribution of material around the steering head and upper shock mount, the frame delivers confidence-inspiring handling and assured stability when entering corners. To complement the overall look of the machine, the chromium molybdenum chassis is finished with a premium metallic white powder coating. The finishing touches are the frame protectors, which not only protect the paintwork, but also provide riders with additional grip, even in the toughest conditions. Hybrid subframe - Made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, the subframe offers exceptional strength and durability at a low overall weight of just 1.8 kg. The lower subframe spars and frame mounts are manufactured from cast aluminium for reliability with the upper section made from injection-molded polyamide to enable specific flex characteristics. Swingarm - The swingarm is manufactured using a die-cast production process and designed with a calculated level of rigidity. To further complement and optimise the flex characteristics of the chassis, a 22 mm rear wheel axle is utilised. A durable chain slider is neatly integrated into the swingarm, ensuring uninterrupted forward momentum through deeply rutted corners. Bodywork - The ergonomic bodywork was designed to ensure that riders can perform at their best throughout every race. This was achieved through extensive testing, with the smooth contact points in the rider triangle allowing racers to grip the machine tightly with their legs, reducing fatigue. The radiator shrouds, featuring in-mould graphics, contribute to the progressive appearance of the machine, while a tall, wide seat offers unrestricted movement. A high-grip seat cover also helps keep riders securely in place under hard acceleration. Fueltank - An 8.5-litre f
