Cylinder - The cylinder features a 58 mm bore and is fuelled by Throttle Body Injection (TBI). An innovative electronic exhaust control system manages the simultaneous opening of the lateral ports and main exhaust port for delivering maximum power throughout the rev-range. Together with a machined finish on the upper contour of the exhaust port, engine performance is exceptional. Throttle body - The TE 150 uses a 39 mm throttle body with dual injectors positioned to optimise flow for a more immediate throttle response and exceptional rideability. Idle is controlled by the throttle valve, with one low load injector and one top feed injector ensuring maximum performance. Additionally, a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) offers reliable cold starting with the throttle valve pivoting on ball bearings for a smoother throttle action. Frame - With an optimised distribution of material around the steering head and upper shock mount, the frame delivers confidence-inspiring handling and assured stability when entering corners. To complement the overall look of the machine, the chromium molybdenum chassis is finished with a premium metallic white powder coating. The finishing touches are the frame protectors, which not only protect the paintwork, but also provide riders with additional grip, even in the toughest conditions. Hybrid subframe - Made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, the subframe offers exceptional strength and durability at a low overall weight of just 1.8 kg.
