Venmo2008 Monterey/Extreme 25ft with a single slideout (sofa bed ) this is the most well built trailer I've ever owned solidly manufactured, the only reason I'm selling it is I'm almost 80 and not in good health. The rear kitchen layout is great it opens up the slideout area and the kitchen is so accessible to the stove, microwave, sink and refrigerator works good in every setting. I have a nice stove outside that connects directly to the main propane tanks (7.5 gallons each) with a quick connect hose, good for the hot days when you don't want to cook inside and close to the kitchen. The sofa makes into a nice size bed as well as the table does. Tons of storage all around inside and out. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet and large step in bath/shower the sink is separate from the bath. A nice walk around queen bed with a new rv foam mattress with a protective cover. AC blows cold with overhead vents in every room and heater works well. EZ blocks for faster setup or down has a reinforced receiver on the rear for bikes or generator, and a backup camera to make sure whatever is secure. Sorry no awning but there are covers over all three vents. $7000 OBO
