13-Gallon Food-Grade Blue Barrels w/ Locking Lids

These barrels were previously used to store herbs. They are food grade and have water-tight locking lids. They do have a strong herbal smell when first opened, but in my experience the smell dissipates after being left open in the sun for a few days.

We personally use these for long-term water storage. We have several filled with water under the back deck, and when one was opened after 7 years, the water was still clear and the barrel had remained sealed.
