There will be a Shop / Storage Warehouse space available in our building in September. This unit is approximately 1200 sq ft with a built in office and garage access. This property is located at 4035 South 300 West in Murray and is clean and very well maintained.

There are locked bathrooms for men and women on-site, which are cleaned and restocked weekly. Each unit has 3 dedicated parking spaces. Other features of the units: 3-phase power, ceiling heater, swamp cooler, and private garbage dumpster on-site.

There is a one year lease requirement. Water and sewer are included. Camp fee is $50 per month. This is a great location with easy access to the freeway and fully visible from the street.
