Really nice Travel Trailer with pop-out living room. I purchased this Trailer 2 years ago to be parked on a development site for my PM to use as an office. It needs some good 'ol TLC and someone who can go through it and fix a leak or run a new propane line, do oxidation removal and wax, greese bearings---things that happen when a Trailer sits idle. The roof is in good condition, tires are good and, as far as I know, everything works but some leaks need fixed. I've never camped in it. Its a very nice trailer, great floor plan, and I'm willing to sell it greatly discounted for someone to enjoy making it great. I have a clear title
